If your received product was defective when shipped or occur material and manufacturing faults, you are eligible for returns or exchange of the product.
* the time limit for returns and exchange is 7 days after receiving the product.
* XPZ's Customer Service Team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) code prior to returning or exchanging your products.
* The RMA code and the address for return will be emailed to you within 3 working days.
* All requisition of the return of the Products, refunds, exchange must comply with our Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of the final decision.
