It will be extremely challenging for us to re-purpose. Therefore we will not be able to accept returns unless the watch was defective when shipped or occur material and manufacturing faults. We do provide exchange of a product with its original condition and packaging. If you wish to change your product, please go through the return process and contact our Customer Services Team for exchange of Product within 7 days by mail. If your request for exchange is accepted, you will receive an E-cash voucher with full refund except delivery or shipping cost by mail within 2 days and you are required to make a new Order by using the E-cash voucher at our Website.
